We ask for a 3-month minimum to allow enough time to see meaningful results. After that, memberships continue month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel.

Core lab panels are included depending on your plan tier. Some specialty tests (genetic panels, advanced imaging) may carry an additional cost, communicated clearly in advance.

Memberships are not covered by insurance, but many lab tests may be reimbursable. We provide itemized receipts for FSA/HSA submission.
